Terms & Conditions of Sale

Frostbland Pty Ltd (‘The Company’)

  1. The lines offered on this site are subject to availability and may at times be change or withdrawn
  2. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products based on these terms & conditions
  3. Purchase price includes GST
  4. Delivery of your order will be sent via Australia Post. Australia/New Zealand orders will normally be delivered within 7 working days, however please allow 10 days for any unforseen delay
  5. In the event of the failure of the Company for any reason whatsoever to deliver goods ordered, the only liability to the Customer by the Company, shall be a refund of any money prepaid, if any (providing that there has been no prior breach of the Contract by the Customer). The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or other damages
  6. No liability shall be incurred by the Company for late delivery
  7. No special warranties or conditions of use or otherwise are acceptable to the Company unless authorised by the Managing Director of the Company or alternatively under the seal of the Board of Directors
  8. No representation or other conditions are to be deemed applicable to the Company except those expressly incorporated by the Trade Practices Act or other similar legislation
  9. The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately on arrival and shall within 7 working days from such an inspection give notice to the Company of any matter by reason whereof he may allege either a claim against the seller or that the goods are not in accordance with the Contract. If the Customer shall not within such period give such notice the said goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with Contract
  10. The supplier of all goods is Frostbland Pty Ltd, which takes responsibility under the Trade Practices Act and all Consumer legislation both State and Federal. Any disputes raising from the purchase of products will be governed by Australian law
  11. Frostbland shall not be liable for any delay in performance or for non-performance of any of the terms of the contract due to any cause not within its reasonable control
  12. These conditions may be added to, amended or altered from time to time.
